• The cut-off time for next-day delivery is 12 Noon (time in usa) for all flower bouquets and floral arrangements, Tuesday through Saturday.
• We use Fedex to deliver the flowers
• If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next business day and inform you about it.
• For Alaska and Hawaii we are unable to guarantee next day delivery due to the additional time needed by our shipping company to get flowers to these locations.
• If the recipient cannot be reached, we will deliver the flowers to a neighbour.
• Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.

• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
