• The cut-off time for next-day delivery is 2 PM EST for all flower bouquets and floral arrangements Monday through Saturday.
• We use Local Couriers to deliver the flowers
• If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next business day and inform you about it.
• If the recipient cannot be reached, we will deliver the flowers to a neighbour.
• Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

Whatever may be the case, our guarantee of fresh, beautiful flowers and on time delivery always stands true.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
• 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.

• How do I proceed once I have decided what to send?

  Once you have decided the floral arrangement you want to send, click the 'Buy Now' button and then you can fill the recipient and your details and payment details. You get to review the details before submitting it for payment.

• Do you sell products at a discount?

  Occasionally we sell some of our products at a discount. Such offers are clearly shown on the top right of our webpages.

• How do I customize a product?

  Customization options have certain limitations. You need to choose a product that is closest to what you like and then ask for a substitution of flowers to match the product you like. You can choose the size of the bunch and in the case of roses, you may choose the colors also. Request this in the special instructions box on the checkout process. We will try to deliver it as per your request but cannot guarantee it.

• What are the occasions for which I can buy flowers from your site?
